Professional Fees

Professional Fees for the selected and appointed candidatures will be payable on the first year's gross annual cost to company as given below.

· Junior management-8.33 % of Annual CTC
· Middle Management-10.0% of Annual CTC
· Senior Management-12.5%of Annual CTC

Placement fees

Client shall pay the Referral Fee to SARA Consultant within thirty (30) days after the date an Applicant enters into a Service Relationship with Client.
